Job summary

AK Crust is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Green Bay, WI to maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting, discrepancy research, ERP reconciliation, and data analysis using Excel and Power BI. The role is on-site and involves hands-on work in warehouse and production areas.

You will work with multiple departments to resolve issues, lead the year-end inventory process, and support audits and ERP initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of manufacturing experience preferred, particularly in warehouse, production, inventory control, or a related area.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, preferred but not required.
• General computer skills and the ability to enter and review information accurately in an ERP system.
• Experience with Business Central or another ERP is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Cycle Counting and Inventory Accuracy: Perform cycle counts of assigned inventory across company facilities, spending significant time in warehouse and production areas.
• Develop and maintain a schedule so assigned inventory is counted at the required frequency.
• Monitor inventory accuracy by item and identify items requiring additional review.
