Responsibilities

• Perform physical stock verification of maintenance spare parts, tools, and consumables on the shop floor.
• Scan, label, and track inventory items using barcode scanners and inventory management systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP, CMMS, or other inventory databases.
• Organize maintenance storage areas to improve accessibility, visibility, and inventory control.
• Identify and report discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Support cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Assist maintenance and stores teams with locating, issuing, and tracking spare parts.
• Ensure proper storage, tagging, labeling, and categorization of inventory items.
• Maintain inventory documentation and ensure timely record updates.
• Follow safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and 5S practices in storage and maintenance areas.
