Job summary

Nextlink Internet in Hudson Oaks, TX is seeking a Field Installation Technician to install, configure, and service high-speed internet and voice solutions at customer sites. You will perform site surveys, complete installations, on-site troubleshooting, and equipment recovery while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include mounting equipment, running cabling (Cat5e or fiber), configuring routers and customer devices, and upgrading existing services.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and technical ability.
• Ability to perform site surveys, installations and on-site troubleshooting.
• Must pass drug screen and background check; valid driver’s license required.
