U Trust Insurance is seeking a motivated Account Manager to grow our client relationships in Vancouver, Washington. You will manage existing accounts, coordinate service requests, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient operations.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and ownership, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and deliver excellent customer service daily.

Formación

• Experience in account management, customer support, or another client-facing position.
• Insurance industry experience preferred, with knowledge of insurance products, services, and markets.
• An active Property and Casualty insurance producer license is a plus, and we are happy to support candidates who are interested in obtaining one.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners.
• Ability to work with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload independently while working effectively with team members and internal departments.
• Tech savvy, able to quickly learn and navigate new software and systems.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support existing client accounts, related servicing requests.
• Handle client communication in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow up on open requests and help move them to resolution.
• Keep client account and policy records complete, up to date, and well organized.
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across CRM and ERP systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to support client needs.
• Help ensure a high level of service and attention to detail in daily operations.
