U Trust Insurance is growing, and we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team in Vancouver, Washington.

In this role, you'll be an important part of our client experience, building strong relationships with existing clients, managing their accounts, coordinating service requests, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure everything runs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support existing client accounts, related servicing requests
• Handle client communication in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer support, or another client-facing position
• Insurance industry experience preferred, with knowledge of insurance products, services, and markets
• An active Property and Casualty insurance producer license is a plus, and we are happy to support candidates who are interested in obtaining one
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners
• Ability to work with accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload independently while working effectively with team members and internal departments
• Tech savvy, able to quickly learn and navigate new software and systems
• Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian language is a plus

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• On-site in Vancouver, WA
