Job summary

• One year of assembly or clerical experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the installation, paperwork, and repairs for the Installation department and informs management of issues with deliveries, shortages, backorders, and customer complaints.
• Coordinates delivery and installation of products at customer sites.
• Ensures customer complaints are addressed in a timely manner.
• Obtains building permits and ensures permits are obtained, inspected, and signed off.
• Tracks warranty accounts, handles claims and resolves customer complaints.
