Job summary

Builders FirstSource, America’s largest supplier of building materials and services, is seeking a Coordinator to support the Installation department. You will coordinate installation, paperwork, and repairs, and keep management informed about deliveries, shortages, backorders, and customer issues.

Qualifications

• Requirements: High school diploma or GED and one year of assembly or clerical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the installation, paperwork, and repairs for the Installation department. Keeps management advised on any issues with deliveries, material shortages, backorders and customer complaints.
• Coordinates delivery and installation of products/material at customer’s sites.
• Ensures customer complaints are handled in a timely manner.
• Obtains building permits and ensures that all local permits are obtained, inspected, and signed off.
• Tracks warranty accounts, handles claims and resolves customer complaints.
