Shield HealthCare is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our on-site team across multiple Texas locations, including Carrollton. You will identify and service customers, drive new accounts, and expand current ones using telesales techniques.

The role emphasizes outbound calls, needs assessment, product knowledge, and upselling, with a compensation package featuring hourly pay plus commission. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in an outbound call center or related sales position
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong listening and sales skills
• Ability to achieve targets
• Knowledge of home health business including referral sources preferred, but not required
• Bilingual preferred, but not required

Responsibilities
