Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Athletic Training or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• NATABOC certification and Board of Medicine Athletic Trainer license.
• Ergonomic certifications preferred and CSCS credentials strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide injury prevention or safety training at industrial site.
• Lead training sessions one-on-one, small group, or classroom.
• Perform job analyses and post-offer employment program design/clinic execution.
• Coordinate and deliver orientation for new employees.
• Collaborate with therapists to design rehab programs for return to work.
