The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in athletic training or related field, an active AT license, and CPR/BLS certification, with on-site work readiness and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Education, or related field.
• Valid Athletic Trainer license in good standing for states served by the role.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver injury prevention and first aid triage services to address early signs of discomfort and reduce injury risk.
• Build relationships with employees through onsite presence and encourage early reporting of health concerns.
• Design and lead job-specific warm-up, stretching, and mobility routines tailored to shift schedules.
