Job summary

CAREonsite, a leader in occupational health, seeks an Athletic Trainer to develop and implement injury prevention programs and promote employee wellness within client organizations. You will collaborate with the CAREonsite Athletic Trainer team and Providers to deliver services within scope of practice, perform ergonomic assessments, lead education, and support rapid first aid response as needed.

Qualifications

• Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) credential is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities are required.
• Passion for promoting health and wellbeing in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Injury prevention program development and execution.
• Ergonomic assessments and recommendations to reduce injuries.
• Lead employee education on injury prevention and wellbeing.
• Support health promotion initiatives with the EHS and HR teams.
• Develop and administer job-specific physical demands testing as needed.
• Provide first aid within OHSA guidelines.
• Collaborate with EHS, HR, and leadership to integrate wellness initiatives.
