Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Athletic Training required or equivalent.
• Licensure or certification in a related discipline may be accepted.
• Basic Life Support and AED certification required or preferred.
• BOC certification or eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface with office and industrial clients to assess health status and create an individualized improvement plan.
• Assess body mechanics through work performance observations and mitigate risks.
• Document treatments in the workplace and provide coaching for improvement.
• Understand OSHA recordkeeping rules related to first aid (29 CFR 1904.7).
• Deliver health education and training to optimize employee wellness.
• Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.

Education

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Athletic Training

Other Qualified Disciplines: PTA with licensure; or Bachelors’ in Exercise Science/Athletic Training/Kinesiology/Allied Health; or 2 years Military healthcare experience

License or certification appropriate to discipline

Basic Life Support and AED Certification

BOC certified or eligible to sit for BOC
