Job summary

Responsibilities

• Interface with office and industrial clients to assess employee health status and create individualized improvement plans
• Assess body mechanics and risk through observation, and develop mitigation plans
• Document employee treatments and provide coaching for continuous improvement
• Understand OSHA recordkeeping rules as they pertain to first aid (29 CFR 1904.7)
• Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations
• Provide health education and training on wellness and disease prevention topics to optimize population health
