Founders Federal Credit Union is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to manage daily administration of the enterprise infrastructure at our Lancaster, SC data centers. You will oversee servers, storage, backup/recovery, security, and monitoring while collaborating with IT teams and vendors to meet strategic goals.

The role is on-site with no remote work. Strong knowledge of M365, Dell storage, DR planning, and change management is essential for maintaining high availability and robust security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years IT work experience in systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure products and security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise servers and storage.
• Manage Microsoft 365 on-premises and cloud services.
• Monitor security, backups and recovery processes.
• Develop disaster recovery tests and DR plans.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors.
• Ensure change control and incident response adherence.
• Document infrastructure architecture and data maps.
