Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of related infrastructure experience; production systems ownership.
• Industry certifications preferred (AZ-104, AZ-800/801, RHCSA, VMware VCP, CCNA).
• Strong analytical, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and administers infrastructure systems for performance and reliability.
• Performs patching, upgrades, and system administration across platforms.
• Troubleshoots complex issues and conducts root cause analysis.
• Implements server, network, storage, virtualization, and cloud solutions.
• Participates in infrastructure projects including upgrades and migrations.
• Maintains infrastructure documentation and disaster recovery procedures.
• Supports security, compliance, backup, and business continuity.
• Provides after-hours on-call support on a rotating schedule.
