Redesign Group is seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Implementation Engineer to support deployment and implementation of enterprise infrastructure solutions for clients.

In this post-sales role, you will work directly with customers to bring architected solutions into production, partnering with Solution Architects, Senior Engineers, and Project Managers to deliver deployments across data centers and colocation facilities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of enterprise IT infrastructure deployment experience.
• Hands-on experience with deployment, integration, and support.
• Strong customer-facing communication in project-based environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deployment priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and implement enterprise infrastructure across compute, storage, and networking.
• Perform rack-and-stack, cabling, and hardware deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot Layer 1 and Layer 2 networking issues (VLAN, DNS, DHCP, connectivity).
• Collaborate with customer IT teams to ensure project success.
• Document deployment activities and configuration changes.
• Self-manage deployment projects across customer environments.
• Travel to customer sites as needed (≈60%).
