Job summary

Redesign Group is seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Implementation Engineer to support deployment and implementation of enterprise infrastructure solutions for clients. In this post-sales role, you will collaborate with Solution Architects, Senior Engineers, and Project Managers to deliver deployments across data centers and colocation facilities.

This position requires approximately 60% travel within the assigned region, with on-site customer work and regular business travel to support project

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in deployment, implementation, or data center environments.
• Hands-on experience installing, integrating, and supporting enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and ability to work in project-based environments.
• Experience working independently and managing multiple deployment priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and implement enterprise infrastructure solutions across compute, storage, and networking environments.
• Perform rack-and-stack installations, cabling, system integration, and hardware deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot Layer 1 and Layer 2 networking issues (DNS, DHCP, VLAN, connectivity).
• Collaborate with customer IT teams to ensure successful project execution and knowledge transfer.
• Document deployment activities, configuration changes, and outcomes.
