Job summary

The Redesign Group is seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Implementation Engineer to deploy enterprise infrastructure solutions for clients, working closely with Solution Architects, Senior Engineers, and Project Managers to drive successful deployments across data centers and colocation facilities. This role requires approximately 60% travel within the assigned region and on-site work with customers.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure deployment/implementation/datatacenter environments.
Hands-on experience installing, integrating, and supporting enterprise infrastructure solutions.
Strong customer-facing communication and ability to work in project-based environments.
Experience managing multiple deployment priorities independently.

Responsibilities

Deploy and implement enterprise infrastructure solutions across compute, storage, and networking environments.
Perform rack-and-stack installations, cabling, system integration, and hardware deployment activities.
Troubleshoot Layer 1 and Layer 2 networking issues (connectivity, VLAN, DNS, DHCP).
Collaborate with customer IT teams to ensure successful project execution and knowledge transfer.
Document implementation activities, configuration changes, and deployment outcomes.
Work independently while managing deployment projects across customer environments.
