Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for on-site duties at the Liberty Plant in the first shift. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, repair and install equipment, and respond to emergencies to minimize downtime in a poultry processing environment.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, ability to work independently, and willingness to work in a cold, wet, and changing plant environment.

Qualifications

• Proven industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and testing devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Repair, install, adjust, and maintain equipment across the processing plant.
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs within 30 minutes and keep work areas clean.
