Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical/business field.
• Minimum of five years supporting project management and shipbuilding processes (or 5+ years if no degree) or EVMP/EVMD/EVMO qualification.
• Proficiency with stand-alone and enterprise MS Project and Primavera scheduling software.
• Comprehensive knowledge of shipbuilding processes and related programs.
• Ability to produce EVM reports, briefs, and presentations from EVM data.
• Familiarity with ANSI-EIA-748, DCMA standards and related EVMS practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead EVMS surveillance and compliance oversight per ANSI-EIA-748 and DCMA standards.
• Analyze IMS for schedule integrity, critical path, progress, and risk.
• Maintain and update Government program plans, baselines, WBS, and schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
• Develop reports, briefings, and recommendations based on cost, schedule, and progress variances.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to validate IMS/EVMS data against actual shipyard conditions.
