Job summary

Zantech seeks an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst for a hybrid role based out of Mobile, AL. The analyst will provide on-site surveillance for the OPC PRO Project Manager Representative at Austal USA Shipyard, leveraging EVMS methodologies and detailed IMS analysis.

Responsibilities include reviewing shipbuilder EVM/IMS, generating monthly EVM reports, and coordinating with program teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related field; substitution with years of experience accepted.
• Minimum five years supporting project management and shipbuilding processes.
• Experience producing EVM reports, briefs, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct system surveillance to ensure EVMS compliance.
• Develop process to review EVM/IMS deliverables and consolidate findings.
• Analyze IMS and shipbuilder schedules for contract milestones and risks.
• Coordinate analysis with program integrators and document changes.
• Maintain OPC progress models using MS Project, SharePoint, and Power BI.
