Job summary

QED Enterprises, Inc is seeking a Senior Analyst in Mobile, AL to provide project-management support for the U.S. Coast Guard's Offshore Patrol Cutter Project. This role requires a minimum of five years in project management, a Bachelor’s Degree, and an active secret security clearance.

The successful candidate will conduct system surveillance to ensure compliance with Earned Value Management guidelines, develop executive-level reports, and validate shipbuilder submissions. Knowledge of shipbuilding processes and project management certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting project management.
• Active Secret-level security clearance required.
• Ability to produce EVM reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct system surveillance for EVMS compliance.
• Develop documented processes for reviewing shipbuilder deliverables.
• Conduct detailed analyses of shipbuilder Integrated Master Schedules.
