Job summary

This on-site role collaborates with project teams, GC partners, and stakeholders on hyperscale data center projects in the South Bend area.

The ideal candidate will create and analyze schedules, perform CPM and EVM analyses, review baselines, and drive schedule recovery, with five days per week on-site.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-time construction scheduling experience on owner or GC projects.
• 4+ years as Lead Scheduler on large mission-critical projects.
• On-site role in South Bend, Indiana area.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6; CPM scheduling and delay analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, status, analyze, and report on construction schedules.
• Review contractor baseline schedules and updates for accuracy, logic, sequencing, resource loading, and overall credibility.
• Perform CPM, EVM, Time Impact Analysis, and schedule QA/QC.
• Analyze schedule impacts from changes, claims, delays, and change orders.
• Develop schedule recovery strategies, work-arounds, corrective actions, acceleration plans, and scenario analyses.
• Monitor contractor progress and identify potential schedule risks before they affect delivery.
• Evaluate schedule-driven change orders, claims, and time-extension requests.
• Coordinate schedule requirements with construction, commissioning, controls, project controls, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Review drawings to understand scope, sequencing, and schedule impacts.
• Lead schedule reviews and communicate performance, risks, and actions to leadership.
