Job summary

KGO, LLC seeks an experienced Site Scheduler to support a large-scale data center project in Sullivan County, Indiana. This 100% on-site role requires coordinating with project leadership, construction managers, contractors, and commissioning teams to maintain a field-driven view of progress and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling on data center or mission-critical construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and construction sequencing.
• Ability to translate field updates into an accurate project schedule.
• Experience coordinating with GC, subcontractors, MEP trades, and Owner’s Representatives.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced field environment with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site scheduling support throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6.
• Validate progress with field teams and update the schedule accordingly.
• Track critical-path activities and risks; escalate issues early.
• Coordinate with field engineers, vendors, and trade partners to align schedules.
• Produce look-ahead schedules, milestones, and progress reports.
