Job summary

KGO, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler / Project Controls professional to provide Owner’s Representative scheduling support for hyperscale and mission-critical data center projects in Portland, Oregon. This full-time, on-site role requires five days per week at the project site in the Portland area with a 12-month Assignment + Potential Extension.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-time professional construction scheduling experience in mission-critical environments.
• 4+ years as Lead Scheduler on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling principles.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, status, analyze, and report on construction schedules.
• Review baseline schedules and updates for accuracy, logic, and resource loading.
• Perform CPM, EVM, Time Impact Analysis, and schedule QA/QC.
• Analyze schedule impacts from changes, delays, and change orders.
• Develop recovery strategies, acceleration plans, and scenario analysis.
• Monitor progress and identify schedule risks before impacts to delivery.
• Coordinate schedule requirements with construction, controls, and stakeholders.
• Review drawings to understand scope, sequencing, and schedule impacts.
• Lead schedule reviews and communicate performance and risks to leadership.
