LINX in El Paso, TX is hiring a Project Coordinator to manage payroll support, travel coordination, onboarding, and field logistics at a hyperscale data center construction site.

The role acts as the connective tissue between the Operations Manager, Project Managers, and field crews, ensuring procurement, safety, and HR tasks move smoothly.

Candidates should be fluent in English and Spanish, proficient in Microsoft Excel, and comfortable working in a trailer on a construction site.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating travel and supporting field logistics.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for tracking and reporting.
• Comfortable working in a construction jobsite trailer.

Responsibilities

• Submit expense reports, process per diem and invoices, and manage temp time entry in coordination with payroll.
• Support project setup, execution, billing, and tracking; coordinate meetings; manage project information flow across the team.
• Assist with onboarding, HR & compliance tasks including I-9, enrollment, on-site orientations, and safety credentialing; track time-off.
