Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Quotations Manager to lead our Commercial quotes team in the HVAC division. On-site role; may be based in GA, SC, NC, or FL and reports to Senior Director - Customer Groups.

You will supervise bid invitations, negotiate terms with vendors, prepare bid packages, and maintain accurate pricing records while ensuring compliance with HSE policies and company standards. Strong leadership, organization, and HVAC knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of RQC process and SOPs.
• 3–5 years' experience in quotation development.
• Proficient with Bidtracer and PlanSwift applications.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Mentor skills in a group or one-on-one.
• Familiar with HVAC equipment and vendor programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams/Outlook).
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and distributes bid invitations; analyzes quotes, bids and awards contracts.
• Facilitates negotiations with vendors for terms and pricing.
• Executes bid packages including BOM, bid scheduling, pricing, submittals and order entry.
• Maintains accurate lump sum billing records on cost and sales sides.
• Keeps file organization and project task boards up to date.
• Adheres to HSE policies and ensures regular attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
