Job summary

Ferguson is seeking an HVAC Quotations Manager to lead the Commercial quotes team in our HVAC division. On-site role based in the Southeast, supervising 6 direct reports and coordinating with vendors on pricing and terms for complex bid packages.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years in quotation development, strong leadership, and expert knowledge of HVAC equipment and vendor programs. Strong organization and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of RQC process and SOPs.
• 3-5 years' experience in quotation development is preferred.
• Proficient with Bidtracer and PlanSwift applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and distributes highly technical bid invitations or requests for proposal, receives and analyzes quotes, bids and proposals, and awards the contract.
