Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises in multiple states is seeking an HVAC Quotations Manager to lead our Commercial quotes teams. This on-site role oversees six direct reports and requires organizing, motivating, and guiding a technical bid process for HVAC projects.

Possible base in SC, NC, GA or FL, with strong emphasis on pricing accuracy, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of RQC process and SOPs.
• 3-5 years' experience in quotation development.
• Proficient with Bidtracer and PlanSwift applications.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with major HVAC manufacturers and applications.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams/Outlook).
• Experience in commercial HVAC projects or bid processes.
• Knowledge of Ferguson vendor programs.
• Able to multi-task and self-motivate.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and distributes highly technical bid invitations or RFQs and analyzes quotes.
• Negotiates terms and pricing with vendors for quoted projects.
• Executes bid packages including BOM, scheduling, cost and pricing, submittals and entry.
• Maintains accurate pricing records for cost and customer pricing.
• Keeps bid files and project task boards organized and up to date.
• Adheres to HSE policies and company procedures.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
