Job summary

RTX Marlborough, MA seeks an experienced Sr. Supervisor, Facilities - HVAC to lead a team of trades and supervise building systems. This onsite role focuses on HVAC reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You’ll manage six direct reports and coordinate with management, security, and EHS to deliver cost‑effective solutions. Requires 5+ years in HVAC/maintenance, a Massachusetts HVAC license, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities or related field.
• 5+ years HVAC and mechanical systems maintenance experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in trades.
• Current Mass. HVAC license required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience reading schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees or contractors who construct, maintain, and repair building systems.
• Lead HVAC/Mechanical evaluations and cost/schedule analyses.
• Provide leadership and cost‑effective solutions across complex issues.
• Cover off hours and winter events; rotate supervision across trades.
• Coordinate with Management, Security, EHS and internal customers.
