Job summary
New England Mechanical Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Operations/Maintenance Technician in Bondsville, MA. The role involves coordinating maintenance, supporting service technicians, and ensuring safety in HVAC system installations.
Candidates must possess a Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License and EPA 608 Universal certification. A company vehicle, HVAC equipment and all necessary PPE are provided. A comprehensive benefits package is also included, along with the opportunity for overtime.
Qualifications
- Must hold a current Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License.
- EPA 608 Universal required.
- Experience with commercial HVAC systems.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- BMS or Automation experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate preventive maintenance on all equipment.
- Maintain trade licenses and certifications.
- Attend all safety training.
- Follow NEMSI safety policies.
- Interact with clients professionally.
- Flexible to work overtime and weekends.
