Qualifications

• Massachusetts Journeyman HVAC/Refrigeration License is required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, P&IDs, construction documents, equipment manuals, and control diagrams.
• Proficiency with CMMS software (MaintainX) and document repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Install, modify, and commission HVAC equipment and components.
• Monitor system performance and recommend reliability improvements.
• Maintain temperature, humidity, and ventilation for manufacturing.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, EHS, and contractors.
• Support capital projects and contractor activities.
