Job summary

Trane Technologies in the Phoenix area is seeking a field HVAC technician to service equipment and installations at customer sites. You will work on-site five days a week from Litchfield Park, AZ, ensuring safety and quality while delivering responsive customer support.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years HVAC experience, and a valid driver’s license; training with MS Office and handheld devices is preferred.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prefer 2+ years of HVAC experience.
• Technical School or formal training is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for minimum 12 months and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company as the direct customer contact for on-site service.
• Coordinate with technicians and customers to understand requirements and forecast issues.
• Diagnose and repair equipment following blueprints or specs; use tools as needed.
• Maintain safety standards and handle company assets responsibly.
