• Ability to handle fast-paced environments and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes Tsheets timekeeping daily, logging in and out for lunch.
• Creates schedules for maintenance activities.
• Maintains, repairs and ensures equipment including HVAC, water treatment and emergency generators is in good condition.
• Orders replacement items and coordinates with vendors for repairs.
• Submits receipts weekly to the corporate office.
• Creates estimates as needed and reports on job performance.
