Job summary

Fortis Native Group LLC is seeking an on-site HVAC Technician in Fort Worth, TX. The role reports to the Program Manager and involves maintenance, inspection, and repair of building systems, including HVAC, water treatment, and emergency generators.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in operations and maintenance, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Travel to other contract locations may be required; union position with hourly pay referenced in the pay range.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in O&M of building systems including HVAC, Fire Suppression, Environmental and Water Treatment.
• Proficient with MS Office and strong written/oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Create schedules and manage contractual requirements.
• Log time daily with Tsheets.
• Maintain and repair HVAC, water treatment, and emergency generators.
• Order replacement items and coordinate with vendors.
• Submit receipts weekly to corporate office.
• Prepare reports and maintain records.
• Conduct on-site inspections and follow up with clients.
• Create estimates; familiarity with RS Means.
