Fortis Industries, Inc. DBA - LTS, Inc. in Midland, TX, seeks an HVAC Technician for on-site maintenance and repair of building systems.

The role reports to the Program Manager and requires collaboration to ensure efficient operation of HVAC, water treatment, and emergency generator systems. Candidate should have at least 2 years of operations and maintenance experience, be proficient with MS Office, and possess an HVAC license/certification and EPA credentials. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years' experience in Operations & Maintenance of building systems including HVAC, Fire Suppression, Environmental and Water Treatment procedures.
• Knowledge of contractual requirements and creation of schedules.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and maintain organization.
• Familiar with RS Means.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project); strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, repairs and ensures all equipment is in proper working condition including HVAC systems, water treatment systems and emergency generator systems and various other mechanical systems.
• Orders replacement items through purchasing, and works with vendors regarding repairs to existing equipment.
• Submits receipts on a weekly basis to the corporate office for processing.
• Create estimates as needed.
• Resolves clients' concerns and conducts follow-up visits and onsite inspections for satisfactory job performance.
