Qualifications

• Minimum of a technical associate's degree with two years of field experience or four years of equivalent related field experience in the HVAC building automation industry.
• Must have relevant hands-on experience in systems design and commissioning of digital HVAC controls systems.
• Must have the ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience.
• Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently.
• Where legally permissible, if hired, candidate is required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 unless medical or religious reasons apply.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site project leader to plan, implement, and complete control systems projects.
• Oversee hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, and commissioning.
• Manage project costs, billings and collections to meet profitability goals.
• Provide coaching and technical assistance to field staff and subcontractors.
• Maintain safety and compliance with state, local, and Federal requirements.
