Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an HSE Specialist for on-site support in North Reading and Woburn, MA. The role includes monitoring health, safety, and environmental compliance, and collaborating with CBRE and client teams to identify hazards before proceeding.

The position requires a bachelor’s in safety or related field and 5+ years of experience; candidates with CSP/ASP or CHMM certifications are a plus. First shift, full-time with comprehensive CBRE benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, environmental, health, and safety (EHS) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent in engineering/EHS fields.
• Fundamental knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor injury, illness, and incident related performance.
• Support development and implementation of safety strategies to improve performance.
• Provide regulatory compliance support and report findings to CBRE leadership.
• Act as HSE resource for the facility and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Identify safety hazards in robotics manufacturing and R&D environments and mitigate risks.
• Adhere to all CBRE and client safety requirements; no formal supervisory duties.
