Qualifications

5 years of construction experience.
1 year on-site safety experience.
OSHA 30hr certification for Construction.
First Aid/CPR/AED training completed.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good verbal and written communication.
Willingness to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Participates in developing and conducting field safety orientation training.
Daily inspection of machinery, equipment, and working conditions for safety compliance.
Ensure proper use of safety equipment like glasses, helmets, and respirators.
Inspect areas for fire safety equipment and first-aid supplies.
Prepare daily safety reports with corrective action recommendations.
Assist in developing safety plans and conduct weekly safety meetings.
