Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking an HSE Coordinator to assist in supervising project safety and maintain a safe work environment. You will coordinate safety efforts, report to HSE leadership, and support development of safety plans across projects.

The role requires 5 years of construction experience, OSHA 30hr, and First Aid/CPR/AED; travel about 5% to job sites. You will conduct safety training, inspections, and incident investigations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of construction experience and safety exposure.
• One year on-site safety experience and regulatory familiarity.
• OSHA 30hr Construction certification and First Aid/CPR/AED training.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to project needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct field safety orientation training.
• Daily inspection of machinery, equipment and conditions for compliance.
• Observe use of safety equipment and enforce PPE requirements.
• Inspect fire-prevention and first-aid provisions.
• Test work areas for hazards using appropriate equipment.
• Prepare daily findings with corrective action recommendations.
• Investigate accidents to identify root causes and preventive measures.
• Document accidents, violations, unsafe conditions, and behavior.
• Assist in developing JSAs, SHMPs and PSSPs; lead weekly safety meetings.
• Demonstrate equipment use and conduct safety training.
