Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking an HSE Coordinator to support overall project safety supervision and administration. You will assist in maintaining a safe work environment and communicate safety conditions to the HSE Manager and site supervision.

The role requires 5 years of construction experience, an OSHA 30hr card, and hands-on safety leadership across multiple sites. Expect field inspections, training delivery, and routine reporting as part of a fast-paced energy infrastructure team.

Qualifications

• 5 years of construction experience.
• 1 year on-site safety experience.
• OSHA 30hr Construction Industry.
• First Aid, CPR and AED training.
• Specialized training relevant to scope of work.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and hazard control methods.
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participates in developing and conducting field safety orientation training.
• Daily inspection of machinery, equipment, and working conditions for regulatory compliance and safe practices.
• Observes workers use of prescribed safety equipment (glasses, helmets, goggles, respirators).
• Inspects areas for fire-prevention equipment, first-aid supplies, and other safety devices.
• Tests areas for hazard exposures using testing equipment.
• Prepares daily safety findings with corrective action recommendations.
• Investigates accidents to determine root causes and preventive measures.
• Documents accidents, safety violations, and unsafe conditions or behavior.
• Assists in developing standard safety analyses and project safety plans; conducts weekly safety meetings.
