Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking an HSE Specialist to support project safety supervision and health programs across job sites. The role includes coordinating safety efforts, communicating conditions to the HSE Manager and supervision, and contributing to safety plan development.

The position requires field safety training, daily inspections, incident documentation, and a heavy travel schedule (75–85%). Strong communication and OSHA-30 credentials are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of construction experience.
• 1 year of experience as an on-site safety person.
• OSHA 30hr card for the Construction Industry.
• Completed First Aid, CPR, and AED training.
• Specialized training relevant to scope of work.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and hazard control methods.
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participates in developing and conducting field safety orientation training.
• Daily inspection of machinery, equipment, and working conditions for compliance and safe practices.
• Observes workers to ensure proper use of safety equipment.
• Inspects fire-prevention equipment, first-aid supplies, and other safety devices.
• Tests hazard exposures using related testing equipment.
• Prepares daily reports with corrective action recommendations.
• Investigates accidents to determine root causes and preventive measures.
• Documents accidents, safety violations, and unsafe conditions.
• Assists in developing JSA, SHMP, and PSSP safety plans.
• Conducts weekly safety meetings with workers and trains on safety practices.
