Job summary

Cameron LNG is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to serve as the primary on-site HR contact at the Hackberry, LA facility. You will advise site leaders on staffing, talent, and engagement, coach on performance and development, and partner on workforce planning and onboarding.

The role supports recruiting, compensation, benefits, and HR programs, while ensuring regulatory compliance including PHMSA testing. Strong data skills and AI-enabled tooling are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field required.
• 10+ years HR experience, including 5+ years as HRBP or senior HR generalist.
• Experience advising operational leaders.
• Experience in LNG, energy, petrochemical, or 24/7 environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site HR contact for employees and leaders.
• Advise site leaders on staffing, talent, organizational changes, retention, and engagement.
• Coach leaders on performance, development, and complex people matters.
• Partner with site leaders on staffing plans and critical-role coverage.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and interview coordination at the site.
• Administer PHMSA drug and alcohol testing programs and ensure compliance.
