Qualifikationen

• 5-7+ years HR Generalist or HRBP experience.
• Experience using data and HR metrics to influence decisions.
• Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR policy development.
• Strong relationship management, coaching and communication skills.
• Experience managing employee relations and performance improvement.
• Workday experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders on recruiting, performance management and workforce planning.
• Use people analytics and HR metrics to assess trends, present insights, and inform data driven decisions.
• Lead employee relations investigations and provide guidance to managers on complex HR issues in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Support the design and implementation of succession planning, talent development and retention strategies.
• Partner with leadership on change management initiatives and engagement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and maintain up to date knowledge of HR best practices.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Total Rewards and Recruiting to align with the business needs.
