Job summary

Sterilite Corporation in Townsend, MA is seeking an on-site HR & Payroll Administrator to join Corporate Human Resources. You will process weekly and monthly payrolls, upload benefit deductions, manage HRIS data with UKG Ready, and support HR functions.

The role requires attention to detail, discretion, and reliability. You will handle recruitment support, job descriptions, open enrollment activities, and inquiries while maintaining payroll and benefits accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in payroll, benefits and HR activities.
• Proficient with HRIS and payroll software for end-to-end payroll processing; UKG Ready preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of payroll processes, reporting, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for office hourly and salary employees.
• Upload files to benefit carriers (401k, Life Insurance, HSA, FSA).
• Assist with statutory reports, filings, and HR audits.
• Maintain census data from plant locations and UKG Ready.
• Process payroll & HR-related invoices.
• Assist with recruitment activities and onboarding.
• Maintain/update job descriptions.
• Assist with open enrollment and benefits campaigns.
• Respond to general HR inquiries.
• Manage monthly safety incentive program and related orders.
