Job summary

Autobahn Imports LP is seeking an HR Coordinator / Payroll Administrator in Fort Worth, TX. This on-site role supports daily HR operations and payroll processing while serving as a primary resource for employees on payroll, benefits, onboarding and policies.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR, business, accounting or related field preferred; bachelor's degree desirable.
• 2-5 years of payroll and HR administration experience.
• Experience with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and timekeeping software.
• Working knowledge of payroll regulations and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Audit timekeeping records and maintain payroll data.
• Administer payroll changes for hires, terminations, promotions and benefit elections.
• Reconcile payroll data, prepare reports, and resolve payroll inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and assist with year-end processing, W-2s, audits and reporting.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Maintain personnel files, HRIS records and employee documentation.
• Support benefits administration, employee communications, training and compliance tracking.
• Process employee status changes and assist with performance management and engagement initiatives.
• Communicate HR policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Maintain accurate HR and payroll records in compliance with regulations.
• Support audits, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and leave administration.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws.
