Job summary

Moss & Associates LLC is seeking a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support our utility-scale solar project in Vero Beach, FL. This role serves as a key partner to field leadership and hourly team members, helping ensure a positive employee experience while supporting critical HR and administrative functions on-site.

Schedule: 7:00 AM start time to align with field operations. Responsibilities include onboarding, payroll timekeeping reviews, employee relations guidance, and records

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR, employee relations, payroll, recruiting, or workforce coordination.
• Experience supporting hourly employees, field operations, or a fast-paced workforce.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to apply policies consistently.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Bilingual Spanish and/or Creole is a plus.
• Construction, energy, or industrial industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned project sites.
• Partner with project leaders to address workforce needs and HR matters.
• Support onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure successful integration.
• Support payroll accuracy by reviewing timekeeping and attendance.
• Guide on HR policies and escalate complex employee relations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data for reporting.
• Partner with HR and operations on compliance initiatives, audits, apprenticeships, and projects.
