Job summary

FairSquare, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking an HR Business Partner to advise East Coast leadership on employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational design. You will partner with leaders, coach managers, and handle employee relations across Orlando, Atlanta, and New York.

The role reports to the CHRO and collaborates with HR, training, payroll, and benefits teams. A strong candidate has 5+ years HR experience and solid data skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, organizational psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience, including 2+ years in a business partner or consultative role supporting leaders.
• Hands-on employee relations experience and working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law.
• Experience designing and running engagement surveys and performance management processes.
• Experience with workforce planning and organizational design.
• SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience supporting sales, marketing, or financial services teams is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to turn company goals into people strategies that strengthen engagement, performance, and retention.
• Lead our employee engagement strategy: run surveys and listening sessions, analyze results, and act on them with leaders.
• Own our performance management process, including goal setting, review cycles, calibration, and coaching managers on feedback.
• Lead workforce planning by analyzing headcount, turnover, and future talent needs, and coordinate with Talent Acquisition on hiring priorities.
• Advise on organizational design: structure, roles, and reporting relationships, guiding teams through change.
• Serve as day-to-day employee relations resource for managers and employees, including coaching, conflict resolution, and investigations as assigned.
• Use HR data to spot trends, measure impact of programs, and present clear recommendations to leadership.
