Golden Bolt is seeking an HR Operations Assistant in Memphis, TN. The role provides vital administrative and operational support to the HR team across multiple facilities and serves as the on-site HR contact at reception.

You will help with onboarding, engagement, and communications in a multicultural, fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives balancing daily admin tasks with larger HR initiatives and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site administrative support across both facilities to ensure consistent HR practices.
• Serve as the primary HR contact on-site at reception.
• Coordinate and support annual HR events and employee engagement activities.
• Manage the employee store and inventory for both sites.
• Oversee and replenish office supplies for efficient operations.
• Post and maintain internal HR communications via boards and other channels.
• Support onboarding, engagement, and recognition initiatives.
• Communicate clearly with employees, leadership, and visitors in a multicultural environment.
• Travel regularly between distribution centers to provide HR support.
