Golden Bolt LLC®, located in Memphis, TN, is seeking an HR Operations Assistant to provide on-site administrative HR support across two distribution facilities. The role requires professional customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of coordinating HR activities, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Preference for bilingual Spanish
• Strong customer service orientation

• Experience supporting HR/Operations in a distribution/manufacturing setting (preferred)
• Event planning/coordination experience (preferred)
• Minimum 2–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR or operations

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site administrative support across two facilities to ensure consistent HR practices.
• Serve as the primary HR contact on-site and maintain a welcoming reception presence.
• Coordinate and support annual HR events (Mid-Year Picnic, End-of-Year Holiday Party).
• Manage employee store and inventory for both facilities.
• Oversee and replenish office supplies for both sites.
• Post and maintain internal HR communications via message boards and other channels.
• Support onboarding, engagement, and recognition initiatives to strengthen culture.
• Communicate clearly with employees, leadership, and visitors in a multicultural environment.
• Travel regularly between distribution centers to provide HR support and presence.
